Wide strap vest made in an 100% Egyptian ribbed cotton fabric. Light and comfortable is ideal in all seasons.
How it’s made
The production process for this vest is very long and everything is made in house, to allow us to maximise quality control; the pattern is developed on CAD (Computer Aided Design) and all the pieces are optimized to obtain a perfect fit. After the garment is assembled with maximum care and precision; using the CAD provides utmost accuracy in the shaping and in the size developing. Using this system we don’t have any size limits, so we can realize bespoke garments on clients request.
Charateristics of wide strap vest made in Egyptian cotton
The cut of this product is classic, with wide straps enabling a very comfortable fit; the main qualities of this garment are extreme freshness and excellent hygroscopicity, the capacity to absorb perspiration. Consequently, these qualities, make this fabric ideal for underwear with a perfect fit and no constrictions. The fabric together with the very comfortable cut, makes this garment, perfect in summer. In addition, in order to make our garments even more comfortable, we produce them without any side seams; for this reason, we need circular machines with different diameters, hence, we have one machine for each size. This vest is perfect after washing, due to the accuracy of production, the mercerizing treatment, and the long rest period of the fabric.
The colourof our Wide strap vest cotton
This wide strap vest is coloured using a coloured thread, as a result the fabric is made already coloured and so no dyeing is necessary; the results of this process are brightness, deep tone and a resistence to fading. This fabric is double mercerized, first as thread and then again as fabric, to guarantee maximum brightness and freshness.
