Sleeveless V-neck made in a ribbed Merino wool and silk fabric.
How it’s made
The process to make this article is very long and difficult but we maximise quality control by making everything in house. We use CAD (Computer Aided Design) to develop the pattern and all the pieces are optimized to guarantee a perfect fit. We assemble the garment with maximum care and precision.
The use of CAD enables us to have great accuracy in the shaping but also allows us to develop the sizes. The use of this system means we have no limits, therefore we can create bespoke garments on client request.
Charateristics of sleeveless V-neck made in a ribbed merino wool and silk fabric
This garment has a deep cut V-neck which is extremely comfortable and designed to be invisible when worn under an open neck or a polo shirt. An extreme warmth, softness and excellent hygroscopicity in addition to the ability to absorb perspiration are the main charateristics of this garment.
Wool and silk is a very soft and warm fabric, the silk this added to stabilise and makes the final item more durable. These charateristics, make this fabric very light and ideal for underwear, giving a perfect fit with no constrictions; this garment is perfect for cold winters due to the warmth of the fabric and the very comfortable cut.
In order to make our sleeveless V-neck even more comfortable, they are made without any side seams; for this reason, we need circular machines with different diameters; , we have one machine for each size. This product is perfect after washing, because the silk added to the wool prevents felting, and it also brings stability and softness.
The colour
No dyeing is necessary because this garment is already coloured with a coloured thread. The results of this process are a deep tone and also resistence to fading.
