How it’s made
The process necessary to make this article is very long and difficult but we are able maximise quality control by producing everything in house. We use CAD (Computer Aided Design) to develop the pattern and all the pieces are optimized to ensure a perfect fit. The sleeveless crew neck is assembled with maximum care and precision.
The use of CAD enables us to have great accuracy in the shaping but also allows us to develop the sizes. By using this system we have no limits, therefore we can create bespoke garments on client request.

Merino Wool is a very soft and warm fabric. These charateristics, make this fabric very light and ideal for underwear, giving a perfect fit with no constrictions; this garment is perfect for cold winters due to the warmth of the fabric and the comfortable cut.
In order to make our sleeveless crew neck in wool even more comfortable, we make them without any side seams; for this reason, we need circular machines with different diameters; in fact we have one machine for each size. This item is perfect after washing, please follow the care instructions which we provide with each garment.
The colour of the sleeveless crew neck
No dyeing is necessary because the fabric used to make this garment is already coloured with a coloured thread. The results of this process are a deep tone and also resistence to fading.
